Incredibly sad news. I worked with Peter back in 2020 when he was coordinating efforts to call on the Scottish Minister of Public Health to increase access to opioid substitution prescribing during covid. He was a passionate advocate for Harm Reduction throughout his life. Thinking of his two boys x
