Basically, Festivus, a Minnesota based business, is blocking the ability of out of state businesses (Electric, 5BW) to conduct fair business in the state if they aren't allowed to feature her on their shows. Thus, this is discrimination against the state of NY, for instance, and it'd be null/void.
