I apparently forgot that the weird gray bead that I tried mixing the kaolin slurry with the clear glaze had fine shell temper in it. Oops... #ceramics
Show Post@jtlewis.bsky.social Dalton point I flintknapped from NW Arkansas chert years ago & a Middle Archaic Neches River point in private collection. I know it's been suggested that the Citronelle gravels are from materials eroded of the Ozarks & Ouchitas, except we don't get novaculite in the Citronelles.
