Trump is not actually entitled to salute, as he's - a civilian - not in uniform - not wearing a hat Most Presidents didn't salue, until Reagan, the actor, who wanted the drama despite the traditional rules.

I’ve been called an alarmist for ten years now and it continues to this day. Utterly maddening when we were right. I was flat out told I was DERANGED for claiming Roe would be overturned… I studied fascism as part of my undergrad degree in political science. It was obvious from the beginning!!!
