All aboard the " League Liner " launched by BR in 73, in an attempt to stave off hooliganism on match days .The First Class service featured an onboard Discotheque, a cinema carriage and a bar . Sadly , it was discontinued in 76 due to youths pelting the train with stones along it's route .
