I love that book. Such a moving depiction of a friendship that was golden while it lasted - so that you really feel the pain of watching it disintegrate.

I can't remember the last thing I read that made me as angry and disgusted as Michael Lewis's The Blockers, which is about the civil servants who tried to resist DOGE. Essentially, Musk licensed sulky, arrogant 20-something men to shred a whole load of stuff they didn't bother to understand.
