4/5 Lastly, one thing I hope you take from the Report. Despite FY26 challenges, Gov Pritzker+Dems have proven we manage responsibly. This chart shows what this same report looked like in FY18 & that Gov Pritzker+Dems each year have turned forecasted deficits into balanced budgets w/ EOY surpluses.
