Our new paper is out! Leveraging a human dual-cell model of Friedreich’s ataxia (iPSC-derived sensory neurons and cardiomyocytes), we discovered a Miro1 ligand alleviates mitochondrial damage via potential allosteric reshaping of Miro1 protein. We diversified the scaffold from 3 billion compounds!
