I never realized this before (cause this is the only Japanese vol of Trimax I don't own) but this dialogue I point at in red in vol.1 of TriMax, is the same thing Vash parrots back to a dying ww in vol. 10 (don't say stupid things), the exact same wording and everything. totally lost in translation
Show PostI have 0 regard for my personal wellbeing so I read through the rest of vol10 and found this interesting bit: ww typically uses "ondore" to refer to V, which is a hostile/agressive version of "you". one of the only times he uses the more friendlier "omae" w/V is on the "a smile suits u better" line
