I do think there's a real chance that the Supreme Court had HOPED to wrap up the TikTok opinion and release it today, but fell behind and couldn't push it out in time. Just a guess.

FYI I think the Supreme Court's decision in Wullschleger is oviously correct—I know it might open the door to some gamesmanship in pleadings, but federal court jurisdiction clearly disappears when there's no federal question, even if the plaintiff deleted the federal question for tactical reasons.
