We just got e-mail. It doesn't directly affect my patients, who should be able to receive gender affirming care >65 yo (and yes, there are #transgender seniors), but I'm sad, angry, disgusted. (I want clarity on what they mean by "minors", because our Children's hospital sees patients up to 21 yo).
