Yeah I see where you are coming from. There is a distinction to be made between "this is a functional argument based on a wrong premise, so garbage in, garbage out" and "this is insane troll gobledeegook" - but it is debatable when and in what context that distinction is actually useful.

In common parlance, we often say things like "I don't understand how someone could possibly be so cruel" in order to mean "I strongly disapprove of cruelty and turn away from it in disgust". But treating evil as incomprehensible doesn't help us resist or dismantle it.
