Show PostLol b) is a key part of the point. A booby trap can’t discern the difference. That is exactly what “indiscriminate” means. That it might hurt or kill someone with malicious intent doesn’t justify it if it could potentially put anyone else at risk
Show Post2/ .. and even if someone is committing a crime against you (or you think they are) you still generally can’t completely disregard their life / safety, especially if they are not putting you in any immediate danger
