So we should accept mediocrity/ineffectiveness? Again I understand that he has the extreme inside path right now. But given the existential threat we’re facing, I don’t think preemptively settling for a bad option is something we can afford. People are ANGRY and Jeffries is working with the GOP

Yes but they will know the speaker once he/she comes to power. From everything Jeffries has demonstrated the last few years he will severely disappoint the average person and hurt the election in 2028. Wine moms are calling for blood in the streets and he’s still working on bipartisanship
