Using AI to create art or music, or Writing is far more labour intensive than simply pressing a button, at least if you want it to be any good. AI is just a tool, and in the hands of the skilled it is capable of beauty, and in the hands of the unskilled it is crass at best.

That's great, but AI doesn't do your Art or your writing, in the same way as a Pen or Typewriter doesn't do your writing, and paints don't do your Art. Don't get me wrong, if you are stupid enough, you can get AI to do those things, but that isn't creative writing and its not Art.

AI's power use is purposefully exaggerated by companies trying to push expansion with less impact from regulation, and to make headlines. AI queries use about the same power as a google search. If you cared about reducing impact that much you would stop eating meat.
