Nobody at all is forcing the president to back himself into this decision. And because social media exists, we get to watch him talk himself into the annihilation of a society. Nor is anyone forcing the people who *could* and *should* stop him to do nothing. It's madness.

anyhow it's an old book and the term isn't well known or widely used at all. critical scholars & activists who bring together XJ & Palestine today are not using it or saying they're equivalent, but rather make comparisons, connections & build transnational solidarity beyond geopolitical binary.
