I finished uni with a 3rd. Came bottom of my class. Every graduate job interview got rejected based on my degree. The only job I got came from an interview where they didn't ask. 17 years later and I'm still there surrounded by PhD's and 1st class graduates and no one knows.

More a snitch than a fess. I work in admin for a national courier firm. When you get those "how did the driver do?" feedback emails you are enabling their maximum profit business model by completing them. There are no area managers because you are doing the job for them for free.
