Christmas has always been a very difficult time for me since 2013. This year is hitting extra hard.
Show PostI know it seemed hopeless but man. For anyone else, this time of year can be especially hard, I know. If you’ve hurting, talk to someone. A professional, an amateur, anyone. It’s hard to see in your darkest moments (I know firsthand) but people around you care.
Show PostToday is 10 years since my close friend ended his own life. It’s never stopped hurting. 10 years without bullshitting about cars or music. No jam sessions, no recording that album we always talked about. No more road trips. A whole friend group kind of fractured from stress afterward.
