I think Feby, in the absence of any further contextual clues. There's a bit sticking out of the bottom of the first letter that surely makes no sense for a J, and I think the third letter has too much going on for an l.

I'm inclined to think July then, I'm leaning that the bump on the L is more likely a mistake than someone shortening February to Feby instead of just Feb. This is by far the trickiest decipher of old handwriting I've seen, and I've had to decipher latin and polish lol.
