Although, it’d be funny if every season was influenced by one of the movies? Like gimme a Manhattan season where Pamela is on a boat doing murder the whole time then gets to nyc in the last episode to do murder. Then a season set in space with Pamela doing space murder. One of her fighting Freddy.

I had the “why am I spending so much time with all these people if they will end up dead” problem with Carrie but at least with Carrie the original *does* have all those characters die? The lore for Friday the 13th is so damn *jerk off motion* that a prequel seems to be pointless bc nothing matters!

I’ve been binging Crystal Lake and I think it’s good? Maybe? I feel like the Friday the 13th series In general is just so “whatever” about its own lore and characters, that idk there’s enough to care about? But also, I keep thinking, if only Pamela knew her son would one day go to space.
