Out of the silent planet is the book that made me swear upon the graves of my ancestors that never again I will read a book by CS Lewis, on pain of eternal damnation

i complain about c s lewis's blunt, quarrelsome conservatism a lot but these things did lead him to write a novel which ends with jrr tolkien beating elon musk to death with a rock so i guess it evens out
