Agree. Outside libraries too, I'd say the minimum is understanding the nature of the platform: probabilistic vs. deterministic software. A lot of frustration with AI at work starts with expecting one and getting the other.
Show PostTo be understand this eg SPUR telemetry etc you need to understand RAG, info retrieval etc concepts I've been stressing librarians learn beyond what usually passes as "ai literacy"
