#running in October was great fun! Lovely weather for the most part and I ran both far and fast (by my standards, at least!). 18/18 scheduled runs completed. 168k / 104 miles in total. 0 blisters, neither old nor new! 🎉 Accidental picture taken while running that makes me look very fast. 🤭

#Parkrun done ✅ Brain won the battle on the final stretch so there’s work to do there BUT, my fastest time this year - so I’ll take that as a partial win 😂 Also, found some #vegan marshmallow treats on the way home at #HarvestNW1 store in Chalk Farm 😋 (at this point I might as well live in there 😂)
