HT: #AVFC 0-0 Newcastle Zero shots (on or off target) and feels Villa are managing to keep up rather than impose. Newcastle's intensity & forward-thinking forces Villa to play the same way - ends up with lots of players forward, breakaways, scattergun passing & not much control.

Even at the half. It has been a disappointing start but, there's lots more to play. UTV!

Almost forgot he was playing. Very, very poor half from him. Onana doing all the heavy lifting in there.

McGinn off 🤔 Tielemans back in midfield. Buendia on as a 10? 🤔 Give it 10-15 minutes then look at a change in formation (go to a back 3) take Cash & possibly Onana off to bring Malen & Guessand on. No shot on goal at home at HT is embarrassing!! 🦁
