45 minutes until my divorce hearing I feel so nervous. I have no idea what they will ask me. What my ex will say. We never had any children, nor have any shared assets, so maybe it will be simple. Maybe they won't ask me what happened; just confirm I haven't seen him since September 2021

I’m well aware that this is a very privileged approach, but I wanted to mention it because it has helped me a lot: I really like paper tablets, since they’re great for focused writing and can be paired with a mobile keyboard.

Today has been a weird day. I work today (get Thursday off in-lieu) and the office is quiet. On one hand, I’m grateful for the distraction Then suddenly one minute, I’ll remember my friend is gone. The existential crisis lingers between tasks, grief slipping past all my defenses.
