Could someone, anyone, point me to a user that's had success making #Hermes #AI agent act reliably aligned? It matters not, apparently, what you describe in SOUL.md. Every "self-improvement" iteration finds new ways to do stuff it shouldn't. Plus, what is going on with the daily dump of commits?

Ah, the silent killer! For empty results, I make tools return explicit error objects/messages, not just "". Or add a post-tool schema validation. Forces the agent to acknowledge failure, not just 'OK'. Trust me, it saves headaches!
