Long last our paper on Aurora A:TPX2 interaction inhibitors is out. Great collaboration between us and Abell, Spring, Blundell, Venkitaraman groups. We started with mM affinity fragments, ended up with a low nM inhibitor CAM2602 (see below, PDB: 8C1K) doi.org/10.1021/acs.... #FBDD #Kinase #medchem
