I just walked out into my pitch black garage as the band was doing one of my favorite song->jam transitions in Factory Fiction. So I stood out in the dark and hot beautiful fall night and listened to the entire jam and my god this band rules. So grateful for what they’ve given me. Truly. #BBE

8 years clean today 😍 Got sober IN prison, not when I started my bid. I still love drugs and alcohol, I’m just aware today that I absolutely cannot regulate my intake. My life and actions are also infinitely better without them. My messages are always open if you want to talk.
