Had a great day at the Adelphi Genetics Forum in London yesterday. Heard some amazing progress on the genetics of neurodevelopmental disorders and new gene-based treatments for epilepsies.

It took me a lot of time to put this together. I share it to residents & medical students when I'm rounding. The feedback has been very positive. I wanted something that could be foldable, fit into a pocket etc. Born out of my frustrations on antibiotics decisions residents make esp on night float.

edgePython v0.5.0 released at github.com/pachterlab/e... (`pip install edgepython`) Matches the forthcoming edgeR 5.0 with several extra features as well as some edgeR bugs avoided. Major speedups (4-6x faster, camera >100x), I/O improvements, and proper support for kallisto.
