MY BASIS for ... ? Schumer has a feed here that mirrors his Xitter feed, and has done several other things in the last week, incl voting protection. But you bozos seem to have LITERALLY ZERO idea what his job is, or why he might have better things 3 weeks before an election than fluff you guys.
