Some have spent tens of thousands of dollars out of pocket. These families should NEVER be abandoned. How the hell are our service members supposed to focus on defending this country when they’re worried about whether their own families are being taken care of? #SupportTheTroops

This is a disgrace, and it directly impacts our military readiness. Some 1,300 Navy family members were evacuated from Bahrain during the Iran war. Months later, families are still displaced, separated from loved ones, struggling financially, and waiting for answers. #SupportTheTroops 🧵
