BREAKING: Zohran just announced that NYC’s free child care program for 2-year-olds will expand to all of Staten Island and all of the Bronx. The expansion means an additional 10,000 2-K seats by fall 2027. More neighborhoods in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens will receive 2-K seats as well.
