I stopped having 2-3 double espressos every morning and it seems better for sleep, worse for waking up? Anyone else cut caffeine way down, how did it go?

I did write a newsletter where I considered starting a coffee shop called "Smales Like Bean Spirit" and it made me *almost* go to the store to buy more espresso beans
