I once had an ER doctor who's first question to me was if I had a penis (which had nothing to do with what I was in for), and proceed to say he couldn't do anything for me and I was fine. I had to call my own surgeon to send his team to the ER the next day and I needed and emergency surgery

both school and my hospital system don’t have a system for first initial middle name people. “Presentation/History: Patient prefers to be called Emily.” Emily is my legal middle name. I guess if I have to, I’ll just change my name to Emily Emily Emily
