I just updated them manually this time. There are a lot of problems with the types in @types/photoshop: constants are handled wrong, you can import from /dom, many types are wrong. I tried to fix all of that in @adobe-uxp-types/photoshop. Maybe I can try to make a PR for @types/photoshop.
