hi! fresh Ph.D. grad, new postdoc - I looked on the NIH RePORTER for labs studying my interests, sent cold emails to PIs, got a few interviews, and one worked out! Took ~ 4 months. Did not join with fellowship grants b/c changed fields from micro/immuno to cancer. Reading lots so I can apply soon!
