I think at this point we should call it the Kavanaugh stomp. "Fun" fact - the legality of such stops has not yet been fully adjudicated. The reason it is called a Kavanaugh stop is because he wrote briefly in a case in which it was allowed to proceed "while" its legality was being considered.

Some of my favorite things I ate in Japan in no particular order 1) mochi strawberry 2) sake ice cream 3) wagyu beef skewer 4) Hoba Miso (beef grilled on a magnolia leaf using a very small burner at the table. insane) 5) 7/11 egg salad sandwich 6) aspargus tempura with grated parmesan (who knew!)
