This would be bad enough, but we are beyond even this now. We have entire blue states enacting anti-trans policy, and entire State Democratic Parties censoring their LGBTQ+ caucus from criticizing candidates on trans issues.

How amazing that she spoke with people who BOUGHT tickets to her fundraiser. She didn't apologize for calling trans girls "boys" or endorsing anti-trans policies but she spoke to a trans person at an event they paid to enter, so all is forgiven. Right? Give me a fucking break.

I go hard against posts like these because they're fundamentally dishonest. They try to imply Acton has corrected her prior statements and positions, in the hope that allies and trans folks who had withheld support will return. However, the fact remains that she has done nothing to course correct.
