I suppose. I don't know. I didn't see her testify. But that's why we have juries. They are the sole judge of the credibility of witnesses; their determinations on truthfulness are not reviewable on appeal. If they say, "We believe her," that's all that matters. (Note: I'm an appellate lawyer.)

More important she told the truth.
Show PostWhat I keep emphasizing with respect to the Carroll litigation is that Trump treated the whole process with contempt. He didn't testify to contradict her; in fact, he didn't even attend the trial. The jury only heard from her. When they only heard from her, he conceded the result.
