#5KADAY 801+ #running record 26.13 kms (~16+mi)🏅15kms before my first water/txt break. Longest break was at public loo where ppl were weird. Friday’s pace was practice for Saturday & most kms were ~ 6’36”. A nerve(s) in my L 🦶 made for weird toe pain, that was kinda it #Runningpunks #runchat #runsky
