Q5) I love having a mailbox that students can put notes in. Especially for my younger ones, writing down their problems is helpful. If I see someone getting pushed aside, I make a mental note to check in on them around the halls. #TeacherEd #Safeschools

I like that you make yourself available for your students. When students know they have a trusted adult they can talk to, they are more likely to ask for help when they need it.
