Indie pilots that get less than 50 million views are seen as failures. Shows with Character designs that aren’t conventionally attractive are seen as failures because it isn’t “marketable”. You people are not shareholders. Stop treating indie animation like it’s a trend. It’s annoying!

I’m glad to see people talk about how indie animation fans/critics only seem to acknowledge the same popular shows because it’s been something that’s been frustrating me for a while I don’t think indie animation is above critique, but I wish critics didn’t treat indie animation as homogenous
