So today’s lunch features community farm kale (in the kidney bean soup) AND peppery salad greens (dressed with lemon, olive oil & black pepper) 🍜 🍽️ 🌱 (Plus some homegrown lentil sprouts, to make this extra vegan 😌) It’s amazing how much produce can be harvested through the winter! ❄️ 🥬 👩🌾
