It’s simply too far. I‘ve probably managed a mile or so on some of my walks, but those are the days when I've done *really* well. And I always feel the effects for hours afterwards too - aching legs, low energy, etc.

It’s not that far actually. Well under a mile. I live on the outskirts of all the housing round here & this bit of countryside is reachable. Most other directions are just roads with houses. There is another route to countryside, but it’s next to the nearby A38 & is unreachable for me at the moment.
