just an fyi, this is the position of keanin loomis, who wants to be mayor of Hamilton. Andrea Horwath used her strong mayor powers to break a tie in favour of turning a small part of a parking lot into housing; he wants to go back and reverse that specific decision to put it "somewhere else"
