Yeah parents are in a large part responsible. For the most part (I'm not an expert) behaviour is learnt either through poor guidance from parents or a complete lack of. My son is a severely autistic & me & my wife feel we've done a better job guiding him to be a kind & friendly young man.

Perhaps if councils inspected the work done in repairs, as it seems a lot of it looks like it is substandard. #JeremyVine
