If you regularly have some spare time then one of the best things you can do is to learn a new language. Doesn't matter which one, just go for it. It opens the world up in whole new ways. You won't regret it.

Just because MLK is given the most credit, and his criticism of Malcolm X is often highlighted doesn't mean one was more valid than the other; it's the bias of the narrator. In reality without both, progress would likely have not happened.

I realize it often feels like nothing matters anymore, but a comedian going on SNL and calling women whores— calling the ordinary women he sees at the gym *whores* — because of their clothes matters to me. It’s really gross, and I’m glad Levy said something.

I just don't care about any ~law enforcement~ story coming out of this administration because the idea of this man enforcing laws is preposterous on its face. We're talking about an arsonist doing fire code inspections. You're a sucker if you engage with any of it in good faith
