Hope you cover the property tax valuation of data centers. Many times they are valued at a tiny fraction of their capital cost. That often loses schools & public services even more $$$$ than the tax break does. We just got Fulton County to hike valuation of 3 new facilities by 25x. Worth $85M/yr.
