I made a grilled cheese that also had cheese outside of it and it wasn't bad but it also wasn't great. I'm thinking next time I should lower the temperature a few clicks when adding the external cheese so it melts more than it crusts, but I'm not a doctor.

Last month, I read an awful book. Well-meaning, but bad. Self-published, clearly not edited by anyone, mercifully short enough to get through within an afternoon. A few years ago, I'd have begrudged my wasted time. Now? I relish any human art, bad or otherwise, because at least it came from someone.
