Hit a new personal best at the gym! 🎉🥰 185lbs was my one rep max in December. Yesterday, I managed four sets of five! Really proud of the progress! And not mad about the beef I'm developing 😅🫣

More crochet practice. Basketweave in blue. I used the twisted knit stitch I stumbled on a while ago. First time I actually liked working it. The pink is a crochet pattern that I practiced. I'm super proud that I managed to then adapt it to tunisian crochet. ♥️ Itch for a big project is building.

My first of two knits inspired by this week's #showmeyourknits grey theme. Inspired by the Romantic artists, like Friedrich, who attempted to encapsulate the sublime through art. "In art as in life, affects motivate cognitive richness like torches illuminate the darkness." J. Panksepp #knitting 🧶
